Community Support for Perinatal Mental Health

  • This workshop is designed for community members and organizations looking to enhance their support for expecting and new parents. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of perinatal mental health challenges and explore ways to build a supportive community network. The session will cover strategies for creating inclusive, accessible programs that address the unique needs of mothers from diverse backgrounds. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, attendees will gain the tools to foster a nurturing environment that promotes mental well-being.
